The Founders of Spirit Helmets

Spirit Helmets was founded by Mario and Eric Whitmire. 

Mario Whitmire has been in the sports marketing industry for over 30 years.  He is also the founder and CEO of West End Sports Tours.  Mario also served his country in the US Navy for 8 years and attended the Cox School of Business at SMU.

Eric attended the Neeley School of Business at TCU and double majored in International Marketing and E-Business.  After school he has partnered with his father tackling several projects as it relates to the sports marketing industry.

Mario and Eric created Spirit Helmets after being inspired at a high school football game.  They noticed many fans shaking jars filled with rocks to help them cheer for their teams.  The father and son teamed with Ron Ayres and developed the Patented Spirit Helmets.  They envision that every true fan should have a spirit shaker to cheer on their teams and then have use for it as a novelty item for years after.
